So I confirmed this. It's kind of crazy because the files are downloaded to your computer.

There is a work around. You can move the mods downloaded to the steam workshop mods folder to your personal mods folder here: \Users\YOURCOMPUTER\AppData\LocalLow\Paralives\Paralives

My internet went off for a few hours today, and I had the annoying revelation that mods don't work from the Steam workshop without internet. I'm gonna assume that also means they probably won't work whenever Steam is down too? If that's the case it's going to be so annoying. 😭
