This new potential rulemaking is an attempt at criminalizing the mere fact of being trans or otherwise queer, in the name of discrimination, bigotry, and persecution. Tell them no, now.

My friend of 17 years, Piper Drake, passed away this week. She was 49. I know the exact date I met her because she sent me a email that day. I had been on a panel at Philcon. She asked me if she really had a chance at reaching her dream of becoming a writer. I told her that yes, absolutely yes.
