Thanks to Prime Minister Mark Carney and the federal government, Calgary's water system is getting a major upgrade. Canada is investing $29M alongside $94M from the City to build a new route north from Bearspaw. Kudos to Councillor Wyness, whose years of advocacy helped get it moving.
