I agrees, we all pay taxes every year. So should billionaires and corporations.
I think billionaires should pay more. Period.
But the question with California’s Prop. 40 is whether a ONE-TIME 5% wealth tax is the right way to do it.
“Pay your fair share” shouldn’t mean pay once.
