Our accounts team checked every receipt manually against company policy. So we built an agent to do it instead: The AI-Powered Claims & Financial Assistant. Swipe to see how. What it does: instead of human agents going through 2000+ receipts manually, the agent checks the policy and flags what's claimable. No more manual line-by-line reviews. How it works: an AI agent built on LangChain and LangGraph reads incoming receipts automatically, cross-references each one against expense policy, uses RAG-based retrieval (ChromaDB) to pull the right policy clause, suggests what's claimable, and answers policy questions through a companion chatbot. The results: 56% less manual receipt review time, 800+ hours saved a year, 60%+ fewer routine policy questions.
