The Pentagon has failed 8 consecutive audits. $2.5 trillion unaccounted for. They literally cannot tell Congress where the money went and the consequence for failing 8 audits in a row is they get asked for $1.5 trillion more. Nobody goes to jail. Nobody gets fired. The budget increases anyway.
