In #MathsToday, I had my first after-school lesson with Year 10 Level 2 Further Maths.

We looked at some different problems that just happened have some Pascal's triangle under the surface. Then explored how you can interpret each problem either recursively or combinatorially.

There is a great puzzle game on sale on Steam.

Its called Is This Seat Taken? and you have to seat groups of extremely fussy people so everyone is happy.

Window seats, noisy neighbours, bad smells, sitting with friends… basically a seating-plan nightmare turned into a very cosy puzzle game.
