Ciao, San Marino! 🇸🇲
Another microstate added to the list. Lots of walking and plenty of hydration breaks today, but the stunning views made it all worthwhile. #SanMarino

There are many questions to be answered. What happened to Professor Jason Arday is deeply disturbing, and the level of scrutiny he faced was unprecedented. Many posts and comments were racist and dehumanising. RIP Jason.
Today's story is about Jason Arday.

It is a story of seemingly remorseless racism and harassment, coupled with an utter lack of empathy on the part of the uk media.
This is the coverage of Arday **just in the Telegraph** in the UK. This is only the first four pages of results, just in one outlet.

One of the most rewarding aspects of raising a bilingual child is watching them begin to use both languages.

Our 2-year-old is now counting in #English and #Spanish, and every day he surprises us with new words in both languages. #bilingualism #parenthood #toddler 💙

I was asked to peer review an article for a journal in my field. On reading the first few pages, it soon became clear that it had been written with AI. Needless to say the quality was bad.

Result: Reject.

Lesson: #AI can be useful, but don't let it write your paper for you. #academia

Well said. I emphatically agree.
Maduro's not a good guy, agreed. But neither is Putin, and Trump rolled out the red fucking carpet for him. It's not about dope, it's about oil (which kinda IS dope).
Just when you think Trump has hit the gutter, he bounces lower.

Trump says we need to go after drug cartels.

Meanwhile, he disbanded a DOJ task force that took them on.

And he pardoned a former Honduran president convicted of drug trafficking.

Trump doesn't care about drugs — he wants to be able to declare war on anyone he labels an enemy.

It's a power grab.

Oh, the irony.
Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.
