I hate it when people correct typos and punctuation and grammatical errors in individual skeets, and try not to be that pedant. But I am daunted by the onslaught of misused apostrophes (apostrophe’s), e.g., Aaron Rodger’s.

this renaming is horrifyingly stupid, and this idiocy reinforces how irrational it is. The shoreline of Lake Erie is ca 870 miles, and PA’s share of it is 63 miles, so ca 13%?

That one's well known. Wheat and barley farmers used to bribe the poorest wagonmasters to cross (ford) rivers near their rivals' fields, so the oxen/mules would eat someone else's crops instead of their own. So one place/food source became more "[af]fordable" than others in the monetary sense.
