"the law school needs to be closer to downtown" is a solution looking for a problem. This sucks tbh
Personally I don't think moving the law school off of a pretty college campus and into a downtown office building in order to deal with falling commercial real estate occupancy rates is great for students but since when is what's best for students the guiding principle of major universities?
