We create hardware for light sheet and multiphoton microscopy, fiber photometry, and whole slide imaging, along with quantitative image analysis software for stereology, brain mapping, neuron reconstruction, vascular analysis, and C. elegans behavior.
As research grows more complex, so do the experiments needed to answer it. We’re developing an MHS driver for ScanImage as part of the Model Hardware Standard research preview, exploring safer, more connected imaging workflows with AI agents.

New in Nature Methods: Max Planck researchers developed a head-mounted multiplane microscope for imaging across cortical layers in freely moving mice. Using #ScanImage and high-speed #vDAQ, the team recorded activity from >1,800 neurons across five imaging planes.

New paper out! 🔬

ClearScope enables subcellular-resolution 3D imaging of large specimens using light-sheet theta microscopy. This approach overcomes size limits of conventional light-sheet microscopes.
