It's so funny to see a man deliberately sink a coastguard boat and knowing he will face no legal action over it. Crimes are when people protest a genocide. Crimes aren't when a man tries to drown someone on video

I don't believe in God. But I'm rereading Julian of Norwich's Revelations and am again struck by the beauty and simplicity of her message. Beneath all the theologising and the metaphor she comes to one basic and radical conclusion: god is love. To love is to know god...absolute gut punch every time
