Just went to The Odyssey. Watching it is like reading The Odyssey. It’s really long and at some point you just wish it would end.

Sure, you don’t have the devices half these cords go to, but they may fit something else. Maybe a friend needs one in an emergency!

When I hear the phrase "waste, fraud and abuse" the only thing I think of is the word order.
Why did reverse alphabetical order the words become the popular way to say this phrase?
Maybe it's because "waste" has a hard /æ/ sound?

Alaska USACE issued their energy emergency procedures April 15.
This emergency Appendix C guidance does not mention notifying Tribes or the "affected public". This differs from the actual Appendix C regs for emergencies (33 CFR § 325.2(e)(4)). #section106 #crm #archaeology

Watching ACHP's Spring Meeting. Some thoughts:
1) Amelia AM Marchand is providing excellent comments;
2) Energy Emergency EO is already causing a mess with SHPOs and Tribes;
3) Way too much focus on USA's 250 Birthday next year;
4) NEPA & Sec 106 guidance is getting reworked.
