Dear tv and radio producers. Thankyou for the invitation. But, no, I do not want to appear on your show to defend the idea that I am English, after 50 years of living and working here, because the increasingly feral right want to turn this into a "debate" and you cannot see how you're being played

Even leaving any politics at all aside: as general rule, no state can allow a group of masked men to be able to close down critical infrastructure.
This is basic stuff.

This bloke has a 200 kWh battery??!! That's enough to power all the houses on my street for a day.

Surely a typo? If not, I have so many questions.

The FDA just approved daraxonrasib, a breakthrough drug for advanced pancreatic cancer that doubles survival time.

This is huge: pancreatic cancer was once thought untreatable.

The researchers received a standing ovation when they presented the trial results, unheard of at scientific conferences.

Could say the same goes for half the markets folks on here.
Optimist: the cup is half full.

Pessimist:the cup is half empty

Half of the economists on Bluesky: the vibes about the cup aren’t justified by the fundamentals.

Banning non competes and limiting notice, except possibly in the cases of extremely time sensitive information like upcoming mergers/tenders is just one of the easiest wins available to any society and I don’t understand why labour has not moved on Rishi’s plans to do so.
it's very simple: non-competes are bad and network effects are real

I punched way above my league marrying my wife.

Very happy to be married (coming up on 5 years) and not in the dating game. Seems awful.

These incel dudes need to talk to successful, happily married men and get out of the basement.
What are the incel men up to over on X? Focussing on a quirk of women’s bodies most of us have never even thought about before now.

Our take? "Making women mad and getting likes from fellow incels is all they have going for them."
