I extended the pypi.org/project/czit... package with a little extra tool that allows to quickly inspect all the well & HCS data from a CZI file.
Very useful as a pre-flight check for further processing or when converting to on #OME-ZARR with HCS layout.

I updated pypi.org/project/czit... (0.21.0) and pypi.org/project/napa... (0.12.1) again.
Now in @napari.org also opening large CZI files should work much better when using the plugin.
The image shown in the video is about 100 GB on disk.

I tried out my updated image readers for CZI files with the new (at least for me) NDV viewer: github.com/pyapp-kit/ndv and I am really impressed.
This several GBs multi-dimension stack open super quickly (dask lazy arrays) and navigation works nicely.

I really hate it when scientists keep saying that “we need to rebuild trust in science,” because it implies that scientists are to blame for the mistrust rather than the millions of dollars of dark money that have funded political attacks on science in order to advance a far right agenda.
