A 24 year old farm worker was killed by heat in Mississippi.

No worker should be killed on the job, but we still have no enforceable federal heat protection rules. 1/

I think "we're just suffering from a post-deindustrial mass anxiety around gender" is a very underrated explanation for juuuuust about everything.

If you ever wonder why modern aircraft are so expensive you should recall that an F-15 and a B-17 aren't too far off dimensionally

Deluxe Paint II turned you into a serious pixel artist. Released by Electronic Arts in 1986 on the Amiga, it was ported to DOS several years later and helped define how game graphics were created. No layers, no undo history, just pixels, patience, and talent.

If you're willing to wear a Hublot in public, you're unfit for public office.

After our trip to the Gaza-Egypt border last year, @merkley.senate.gov & I released a report entitled, "The Netanyahu Government is Implementing a Plan to Ethnically Cleanse Gaza of Palestinians."

Now the Israeli Min of Defense confirmed that's the goal.

Five clay dogs buried under a palace doorway at Nineveh around 645 BC. Each one has its name written on its side in cuneiform.

Expeller of evil.
Catcher of the enemy.
Biter of his foe.
Loud is his bark.
Don't think, bite.

That last one is an instruction, written on the dog, addressed to the dog.
