It's perfect damselfly spotting weather in the Hollybush garden today! Café 21 at TCV Hollybush are open until 3pm, with shaded outdoor seating available, and we have a sale on our courgette, squash and pumpkin plants - all £1 each!

Text: This Mental Health Awareness Week, pick up one of our Emotional Regulation toolkits from Manor House in Bramley, Bramley Library Community Hub or Bramley Baths Underneath: a graphic of the toolkit which is purple and has the Barca logo in the top right corner, as well as an illustration of six young people and the text 'Useful tips, exercises and information to support your emotional wellbeing'. A selection of overlapping pages from the Emotional Regulation toolkit, which are pink, blue, purple and orange. These include: a colouring mandala, a breathing and grounding exercise, an 'anger iceberg', space for people to write their 'triggers', an illustration of a person to create a 'body map' where people can label where they feel their emotions, and a page of tips for wellbeing at home and in school.
