Related: I've been working a lot on improvements to Blocktower, my #BloodOnTheClocktower app for storytellers, and I'm fascinated by the design changes they suggest. It's improving the iPad experience a whole bunch as a side effect. I'm excited to show it off soon.

Prediction: The iPhone Uno will come within a couple of years, especially if the Duo is a hit. Same form factor as the Duo, thin like the Air, taking advantage of the software improvements the Duo has to iOS. I wouldn't be surprised if they made this a peer to (or replacement for?) the Pro phones.

I think I'm going to open the doors wide this week, to celebrate getting the domain slaydate.com. 🎉

I'm basically ready to formally launch Slaydate. I'm focused on very small details around signup and stuff. I recorded a short, unnarrated video tour, took some screenshots, crossing Ts and whatnot. Beta is open if you're interested in getting in sooner! #bloodontheclocktower #botc

I've just opened the doors for Slaydate to early access. If you run Blood on the Clocktower games, this is an easy way to organize them, with a very nifty integration with my Blocktower iOS app. I'd love to hear what you think.

It’s finally happened. After 18 months. Finally, a media merger you can root for.

I built a free storyteller toolkit for Blood on the Clocktower called Blocktower.

It tracks vote thresholds, times discussions, manages dead votes, handles day/night phases. Designed around gestures so you're not staring at buttons while running the game.

After my most recent update to Blocktower, I had an idea for how it could be expanded beyond a simple vote tracker and into an invaluable Storyteller tool for Blood on the Clocktower.

2.0 is coming soon, with 3 major additions, all while remaining true to the app’s original simplicity.

I've been playing a lot of the Dune board game recently, so I made a little mobile-optimized web app for the Atreides player to track what treachery cards people have. Supports the base game + expansions.

Free, no account required. If you also like to get your Dune on, you may like it.

This is very cool. I just wish the article explained it better. How do we go from repressing a tooth-growth inhibitor to actually regenerating a missing tooth? There seem to be some steps missing here. Though maybe that's the part they don't know yet?

meanwhile.... medicine has taken INSANE leaps and bounds in the last 2 years.
we're out here curing HIV and leukemia and creating 100% efficacy vaccines against all sorts of cancers, and now this??

“You have sexy elbows,” she said to me while mine was preventing her from jumping a queue.

“I know,” I replied.

35 years later, and I still don’t know if she was flirting or trying to embarrass me so I’d let her pass. Almost certainly the latter.
