Interessant Rn. 361, 368: Der EuGH erkennt die in Art. 10 II EMRK aufgezählten legitimen Einschränkungsgründe der Medienfreiheit (trotz Art. 52 GRCh) als abschließend auch i.R.d. Art. 11 GRCh an.
