I went to a concert this weekend and really dug one of the openers. Bought a vinyl from the merch table & asked the bassist to sign.... It was the singer/guitarist's solo album 😭😭😭😭

Speaking of the brassica family, Brussel sprouts DID used to be gross, scientists have been cross breeding modern sprouts with older varieties to make them less bitter since the 90s!
That up through the 00s, 90% of the world's kale was used as window dressing on salad bars, primarily at Pizza Hut, and when Pizza Hut starting pulling salad bars from their restaurants, the kale industry had to resort to selling it as a super food. Kale salads weren't a thing when I was young.
