Canada, UK, Norway & Ukraine should immediately form a "Round Table" to discuss "Defence + Economy" based on closer cooperation with EU & its institututions.
While it may not be possible for all to join EU straight away, it can be used as way to consolidate & protect Western security & prosperity.
