The WGS decision was apparently made on the basis of the Welsh Vs English whole population figures, not the number of patients seen in the clinic. This is absolutely ridiculous, serious medical decisions should not be made like this. It's not an appropriate comparison!

I say this a lot but the type of people who are very exercised about 'fairness in sport' are always very quiet about Norway's consistent dominant outperformance of the Pacific island nations at skiing

The only thing I think it's possible to take from this poll is that the Welsh are the most honest population
There's a hell of a lot of problems in society where a significant cause is that people are fearful of enacting consequences for wrongdoing because the wrongdoers will lie about what they're being punished for. The solution isn't to not punish them, it's to be loud & clear about what they did wrong

What on god's green earth is wrong with these people? This might have been a decent argument if they hadn't heavily undermined it by failing to act as the EHRC and the courts gutted the Equality Act on several counts already

I genuinely would like a facility where you can basically tag other vehicles such that so that your own car/bike/whatever could recognise them next time you see them and flag whether they were good or bad, so you can decide whether to let them out of a sideroad etc
ok here is how it is going to work. all cars will have inbuilt speed limiters. BUT each day you can subtract 1mph (permanently) from another driver who upsets you and add 1mph to another driver as a "nice job". on your birthday the limits are disabled so you can just go wild

Since I'm posting takes here's another one - the nature of bad road users have changed considerably in the last 30yrs and these people can't accept it. 'Boy racers', if they do still exist, are driving fast on quiet country roads where they don't bother many people...
