Created a Scarecrow for Halloween by modifying a porcelain doll. The turnip jack o lantern was sculpted by me, inspired by the famous one that resides in an Irish museum!

I said it at the time (and before!), but I truly believe that American voters electing Donald Trump for a second term in 2024 was the dumbest and most self-harming choice made by an electorate in the history of humanity

I loved eating Chik-Fil-A. Can't remember the last time I ate there. I used to go to Hobby Lobby weekly. Haven't walked into one in over a decade. I enjoyed Harry Potter, past tense.

My life is not wanting of joy without these things the way it would be without all my LGBTQIA+ friends. Choose love.

Before the annual bonfire was lit, the witch checked it.

Five fieldmice and one hedgehog were gently evacuated.

Then there were the toxic things. Someone's hatred. Another's regrets. And pain.

It was good they were discarded, but if you breathed the smoke...

She drew them out, for safe disposal.

You know, when you find out that the art you like is made by people you've learned hold views you find wholly repugnant, I don't think you need to disavow ever having enjoyed the art. It's okay to acknowledge you liked or loved that art, but are now putting it aside. That was then, this is now.
