I told my sister on Christmas just how important my nephew is to me. He's the firsts baby from any of my siblings. I told her I can't have kids of my own, and she said there are other ways. I said to her "by the time I can afford to adopt, this country will not allow a trans woman to."
this bill is legitimately a three-alarm fire. if they manage to define trans existence as explicit then there is nothing stopping them from genocide. i need every single cis person talking about this, calling their reps, getting out in the streets.

I always feel like I occupy too much space. Physically, socially and emotionally. Like I'm not worthy to be involved or in anyone's way. My contributions should be limited to what's asked of me and I should keep my mouth shut otherwise. My problems aren't worth anyone's bother, not even my own.
