@celestiaward.bsky.social Hi, Celestia. Are you aware that the latest "Squaring the Strange" episode (#251) is cutting off after about 27 minutes? I've tried several different sources, all with the same result.

As someone who’s been sober for nearly 23 years, I can confirm that this is some batshit alcoholic behavior.

Studying the Army’s history, we see the exact same empty arguments against our trans comrades in arms that were used against people of color, against women, and against gay/lesbian service members. 250 years of bullshit claims with no underlying foundation other than personal prejudice.
But let me make this absolutely clear: these accusations are false. Trans service members have been serving openly for eight years without any measurable harm to unit cohesion or readiness. In fact, we have proven time and again that we meet the same rigorous standards as every other Soldier.

Also: If you don't have money to buy my (or anyone's) books, and you live in the anglosphere, before you pirate them, try to get them from your local library instead. They have it or can get it, they pay for the books, and in many places writers get paid for their books being lent. Everyone wins!

And I cannot spare a drop of joy
Did you know that by substituting your morning coffee with green tea, you can eliminate up to 93% of what little joy you have left?
