It's shocking that, in the wake of mamdani and the successful left campaigns that followed, the myth of bernie or bust and the "unpopular" populist campaign persists. In addition, Post-Trump 2.0, we know that the levers of power can be used, why would I vote for the guy that refuses to do so?

It's shocking that, in the wake of mamdani and the successful left campaigns that followed, the myth of bernie or bust and the "unpopular" populist campaign persists. In addition, Post-Trump 2.0, we know that the levers of power can be used, why would I vote for the guy that refuses to do so?

Putting aside the stuff we knew about (300 B$, lifted sanctions, unfrozen assets,) #5 is the craziest section to me. Explicit confirmation of a toll on the strait after 2 months. This is the biggest win for IRI and biggest loss for US in both countries histories and I don't think its a debate

I have not been a huge fan of brandon beane, but he absolutely knocked this draft out of the park. My only hope is that they either find an alternative to walker at NT, or tailor the position to his exceptional skill set. Way too excited for Bills football after the draft for how far away it is lol

Made cheese bread for the first time for "soupsgiving." I used Westminster rustic red cheddar for the diced cheese called for in the recipe (www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/no-k...) and opted for an overnight cold proof instead that i think turned out great, its officially baking season! #breadsky

Deone Walker is a monster. If he continues at the pace he's on, he will have a better rookie season than chris jones and calais campbell, and a comparable one to Dexter Lawrence. Doubled Campbell's season long TFL's last night against maybe the best RB in the league.

Calling ranked choice non-democratic is misguided or an argument made in bad faith. It is a higher level of democracy, closer to it's platonic ideal: either people get their first choice for mayor or one of their following picks. Either way, everyone's voice is heard, which I thought was the point.

Meeting with the scripted entertainment steroid people to plan for a council on sports fitness + nutrition seems pretty on the nose.

Respectfully, I don't understand how someone can achieve such success and still generate opinions like this. 9/11 was a tragedy, but was then used as a justification to infringe on our freedoms. Plainly obvious that rights at large are harmed by the curtailment of rights in particular.
