Yesterday was the 56-year anniversary of when the NOPD rolled into the Desire Projects of New Orleans with a tank & guns & had a stand-off with the NOLA Black Panthers, which I detail in the story linked in OP.

Having worked on a similar decision tree process **twenty years*** ago, let me just say that the first step in addressing toxicity is to not give bad actors the benefit of the doubt.
This starts by not allowing Nazis and anti-trans bigots on the platform at all.

1) is this user toxic?
2) are they making a threat sending trans people to camps?
3) how do you address harassment?
4) how does toxicity currently work? How will it work?

@aaron.bsky.team hi Aaron, sorry to bother you but can you explain why it's not against ToS/Community Guidelines for cis people to threaten trans people with concentration camps? People have been actioned for less than this - why is this not also considered toxic discourse?
