Really Reuters?? Your headline today is the debt raised to $40T during Trump & Bidens terms?? Just had to throw in Biden as the cause of all the problems. Apples to oranges as they say.

Here’s the thing: It’s not going with him after the presidency. We’re taking it from him.
Newsom: "That $400m Qatari plane? That's not a $400m gift. It cost you $936m. That was what was appropriated as he's cutting food stamps and cutting your Medicaid. He put a billion dollars in the Pentagon budget to retrofit his private plane because that's going with him after the presidency ... "

When corporations got tax breaks, they called it “pro-growth.”

“As Trump has blown $1.8 billion on construction projects, he’s also been busy profiting off the presidency through stock purchases that reek of insider trading, foreign licensing deals, crypto sales, and even the stocking of Trump wine and cider in stores run by the Coast Guard.”

Absurdly corrupt.
"The private sector money flowing into Trump’s vanity projects is also costing taxpayers. His ballroom is funded by hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars as well as private donations. In this way, we’re all forced to fund Trump’s corruption." — @justinglawe.bsky.social
How everyday Americans are forced to fund Trump's corruption
On top of his self-dealing, taxpayers are spending billions on his vanity projects.

A major U.S. bank shut down hundreds of accounts for the president due to money laundering and Congress is going about their day, ready to confirm his personal lawyer as the Attorney General. I'm sure it's fine.

Call me crazy, but if a Democratic president had 350 accounts closed by their bank for money laundering it’d be more than a blip in the media

The Blanche statement that likely now secures his confirmation does nothing to abrogate Trump’s rights in the slush fund and perpetuates the outrageous tax amnesty for Trump and family, which the American people are paying for without getting anything in return. It’s all lip service and a travesty.

I worked for New York’s largest medical center at the start of the pandemic. There were morgue trucks on the streets. They set up emergency medical tents in Central Park. Healthcare worker colleagues died. It is horrific that RFK Jr is on national TV lying that ICUs were empty.

Before Katie and Stephen Miller called for Dr. Fauci’s imprisonment, they were actually on very friendly terms.

The two Millers are equally despicable human beings.
