I joined MN health care workers at the federal detention center in Mpls as we lived out our ethical principles of beneficence - an obligation to remove conditions that will cause harm & act to rescue persons in danger - & to justice, ensuring all persons can access fair & equitable treatment

This school year I’ve been reading poetry once or twice a week to my oldest son as he eats breakfast. Today I shared this poem @nikitagill.bsky.social posted last July. DHS agents would have probably still murdered Alex but let's not forget that the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals basically gave them a big wink & nod by overturning a federal judge's ruling with little to no reasoning.
