People would probably be a bit more comfortable with that kind of surveillance if it was made law that footage can only be accessed *and* stored by municipal govs from cameras within their jurisdiction, and state and federal govs would be required to get warrants.

I think for a lot of people Flock cameras represent the final death of local vs federal jurisdiction. It's not just the fact that they're live feed surveillance, but that footage can be centrally stored and accessed from anywhere. Kind of defeats the point of federalism and separation of authority.
