We have also started adding information from references published in the years 2024 and 2025, with 2026 to soon follow! The systematized review of these new publications may not be completed for another month or so, so please understand that some may be missing for now.

First, we now have simple and advanced search options to serve a variety of users. For our recordings, we are also in the process of implementing new visualizations, measurements, and standardized sound categories that will operate alongside the onomatopoeic names we’re all used to.

🐟New Publication🔉

We found that strategies for conserving at-risk fishes in Canada rarely consider acoustics. We propose that integrating fish sonifery and noise pollution into Canadian policies would improve species management and conservation efforts. Read more at doi.org/10.1016/j.bi...!
