"The one thing your viewers can know for sure is that we believe in controlling spending and reducing taxes, not increasing taxes," says Conservative Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp, whose own government raised taxes to their highest level in more than 70 years, just two years ago.

Outstandingly dishonest even by Nigel Farage's standards.

Farage knows that the men arrested at Fairford would not have been released if they were still suspected to be terrorists.

He's stirring up fear, hatred & resentment against both immigrants & the police.

Pure malice.

Working class town with fanatical support.

You can see why I chose them as my team many moons ago, irrespective of the name link.

Man crush on Ponga as well.

Big Six: We must have PSR/SCR to ensure that clubs spend within their means.

Clubs like #nufc, #avfc, #nffc must be fair and responsible when spending. This is to safeguard them.

Meanwhile, the Big Six:

Well said by @theguardian.com Rather a problem when you’re increasingly dependent on those American big tech companies to generate growth and also when the US President is assiduous in spreading falsehoods about the U.K.

So much of the right these days have a massive patriotism problem. This guy:
- is a tax exile (left long before this govt)
- hates his own country while complaining he doesn’t get big enough subsidies from it
- laments the manufacturing hit from a Brexit he supported www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Band of Brothers is 25 years old.

Started rewatching it and reminiscing the last time was with my dad when he was alive.

And now at the age of 41 it hits even harder just how fucking horrific it was for those who had to actually endure it.
