why are U asking for help ALL the time? could be the world on fire? but no, it's a mix of almost 2yr unemploy- while disabled, still needing meds, food, etc. GFM for eviction failed so while I moved I'm INDEBT and can you get up if you're always in deficit? whatever I make helps me not hit bottom

Our dear dear friend Haley at @friendsofbear.bsky.social has a very sick, sweet geriatric kitty who is in the hospital dealing with some stuff. She posted on her IG that all she’d like for her birthday today is some donations for his care:
linktr.ee/friendsofbear
An orange tabby cat who is a bit old and scrungly sleeping inside a cubby bed. An old orange tabby cat who is a bit disheveled and scrungly, looking quite under the weather with an IV catheter in one leg and a kind hand scritching his cheek gently. friendsofbearcatrescue one of my favorite little FoB sanctuary buddies Mr. Peaches is currently in the hospital no pressure but it's my birthday today and I would love nothing more than if you could donate toward his hospital bill so we can give him the best chance our donation links are in our bio! Peaches came to us at the end of May after 13 hard years on the street. His time outside definitely showed, he was in horrendous shape and weighed 5 Ibs of mostly fleas. Since then, we have been managing his various conditions. He's dealt with anemia, congestion, gastric ulcers, kidney disease, horrible dental disease... the list goes on. We've been slowly chipping away at these issues and he was actually starting to feel pretty good! A couple weeks ago, he started backsliding and I've been trying to figure him out. This weekend, it became clear he was declining and what I was doing at home wasn't enough, so I had to admit him to the hospital. Peaches is dealing with an infection, dehydration, another gastric ulcer, pretty awful congestion and a mild hit to his kidneys. Thankfully, after 24 hrs of fluids, he's showing improvement. Through all of this, he continues to have the loudest purr and best headbutts for everyone who helps him I feel hopeful that we can get Peaches back on track and give him more time to feel loved and cherished, something he missed out on for his first 13 years of life. If you're able to pitch in $1 or $5 toward his care, we would all appreciate it more than you know. Everyone who has met this little guy knows how special he is and how much he wants to stick around thank you all as always for the ongoing support for these gross cats, they are my heart and soul and your donations and kind comments mean the world to me

I should have done it aeons ago. For months I postponed the workshop-visits, btwn #Disability & rent dread, I just "couldn't". Yesterday I did, & now I regret every day I didn't. Honestly, I knew I would. Duh, having like-minded people helps me, and my #art, who would have thought, right?

because there's always a good reason for photoshoots, back in 2021 the Father bought a new collar with a lovely bow and while our Royal Fluffness planned some mourders, he took plenty photos of her. #cat #cute #stupidhooman

That moment when you wanna kick Urself for not having Ur graphic novel, or romantasy or children's book, ready for pitch... AAAAHHHHH. Had a BRIEF thought to wing-it, just finish one, but no, my stories deserve all my time & effort, so when they're "done", they're the BEST "done" I can do. #writer

The story they need is one we never had access to. Representation isn’t just nice, it’s necessary 📖💫

We provide free queer books to youth across the country, funded by supporters just like you.

Give today and change a life. 💜✨

Penumbra
A gilded age queer gothic fantasy about a heir to a disgraced family that is haunted by his dreams. Literally. As reality begins to crumble around him, he must rely on his long lost friend (and crush), whose own dark secrets threaten to doom them both.

Done for today, adding a bit more words to the novel after some interpretation work. I'm exhausted but happy, truly in love with my wolfy MC and his future love, hehehe. #writing is a blessing in so many ways and can't wait to have it done and out for the world to #read

got an #idea while scrolling pass yet another AI drama shlop. Hear me out, an "isekai" type of story, a "sent to another world" situation but instead of the classic random world, previous book or game they were playing, they are sent to an AI shlop drama 😆 #story #writer so now they have to survive
