I read this article, and think it supports an argument in favor of a land value tax system over our current property tax system. Many fewer details to quibble over, and therefore less ripe for abuse. It would also be possible to know the tax value before construction begins.

@hankgreen.bsky.social I just noticed that #4x3 seems to have changed such that the "official" difficulty rankings are now based on data from the players instead of your rankings. With the perverse incentives you've given us to try to reverse that order, that's a terrible idea.

It would be better if it was possible to at least get a *hint* of what the achievements were, if not a full explanation. Especially since some of them are of the form "do it the wrong way", this can be not merely frustrating for some players, but also could skew the data in your stats.
I added a few more. Do you think it would be better if they weren't mysteries and you knew how to achieve them? A few of them are weird rare situations...
