Got this far in life and realize I don’t know how to have discussions with people in nearly any capacity outside of working.
Training, gaming, anything else? Stopped having those conversations years ago. Life feels a lot more silent and I don’t know if it’s a good thing.

Been struggling to figure out what weight I want to be. When I was 220+, my lifts were much stronger and I felt…okay? Now that I’ve cut down to 190, my bench has dropped to 315 max and I like the way I look but I still don’t like the way I feel.
Is there no satisfaction!?
