I trekked the Himalayas 30 yrs ago (!!!) and chose not to go to #Tibet bc avalanche season. There was zero modern infrastructure. Watching video footage sent me into fits of sobs. The #Nepalese are the most beautiful people I’ve met. May “god” forgive us for what we’ve unleashed upon the innocent 😭😡
