I’m new here. I’ve missed my former, fellow twitterers. Working on finding them again.
Something in my algorithm on Twitter/X has changed drastically in the last week. My feed was usually filled with Blue/Democratic centered posts. Now it is leaning Red. Really red! This was never a problem for me before. 😒 But why?

I think I can answer this one. A signed book was physically touched by the author and contains their DNA. Thus it can be used to cast spells summoning them and commanding them to perform some task. Thanks to my signed first edition of White Noise, Don DeLillo has been cleaning my toilets since 1993.
I think it's proper demented that people pay more money for signed editions of books. I can understand why people might want to get ME to sign something if they meet me at a reading, but why you'd shell out an extra however much to have a scribble on the inside of something is bonkers.

Took Lionel to pick out our first Christmas Tree together tonight. I no sooner get it all set up and he’s curled up underneath. No coaching required. He is literally that cute and excited about it.
