It’s funny how it turned out: I gave up on the editor, thinking it would set development back, but in the end, the game actually made much more progress

My plan is to make an editor for creating global variables that will be used for quests/game events and then change them inside the dialog editor via condition blocks and setter blocks, i hope this wil not take much time to make

Using Stove day 2
Sadly, on my work computer I can't save files and export OBJs
Maybe this is because there are some restrictions, but damn this was frustrating
My own laptop handles it super well, but it has a small screen :(

I did quit my job once to do freelance, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to do this
Think of it as a priveledge and do it only if you have money for at least six months in advance

And why did i meant by perfect position?
I'm doing games a side hustle while working and getting my salary
This way, even if the game will not succeed, i loose nothing (except time, which was free-time on work)

The answer is... It depends
People who try gamedev are just want to create somthing in the first place,
They want other people see them
Money-wise this is not a good strategy, but it has some cool perks
You get better at it with time, learn marketing, make friends, make teams, and it's fun!

Let's say it will make 10 000$ in the first month, which is success
Steam will take 30%, then i pay taxes, and all that is left is 5 600$
Is it sucess? Yes. But let's count how much would i made working one year in a copy shop - 8 400$
Is that really it? Working in a copy shop is better?

I mean that it's much more helpfull
Because in a module all i have to do is just build one mechanic/system, this way i don't waste time on other stuff like, for example — menus
So yeah, basically go and build some 2DProjectilesModule, you'll get better after that
