• Kubernetes, Cloudflare, Redis & internal toolkits

Just a proof of concept testing portability for now.

Keyscope v0.40.0 arrives soon with initial Kubernetes support, starting with essentials like Pods and Services. More resources will be added continuously in v0.41.0+.

Our primary milestone is 56 resources, and we will keep adding updated resources as new Kubernetes versions are released.

Keyscope for Linux now automates a 3-step system check on startup:

• Step 1: Verify OS Keyring daemon
• Step 2: Verify Secret Library
• Step 3: Verify WebKit Helpers

Automating pre-launch requirements directly in the app is more convenient and efficient than manual config.

This note is currently shown on our download page as well (bottom right). Once the fix is deployed, all references to running with sudo will be removed.

Quick update on the black screen issue:

We previously suggested running with "sudo" as a workaround (shown at the bottom of the screenshot), but that was the wrong approach. The app should always run without root privileges.

Keyscope HTTP Client now renders media responses inline for PDF, TIFF, HEIC/HEIF, and AVIF. No more downloading files locally or switching to external viewer apps just to check if an API payload returned the right image. Everything renders directly inside the response panel.

Two small UI updates that made Keyscope feel so much more solid:

1️⃣ Custom Caption Bar: Added for cross-OS consistency. Windows & Linux were smooth, but macOS traffic lights were a pain—especially fixing the lag on the green maximize button. Now it’s super snappy! ⚡️

Added a visual diff feature to Keyscope! You can compare code changes side by side with connecting lines between modified blocks.

Honestly, we had no idea building a diff tool would be this hard and exhausting. We'll keep improving it step by step!

Keyscope dev update: Resend integration.

Browser switching broke the HTML editing flow. Solved it by embedding a WebView for live preview.

Not the easiest integration, but necessary.

Binary size tripled, but zero context-switching makes it well worth the trade-off.
