Thanks to the generosity of others, Kazem was able to afford a tent to shelter his family. They have made it south, but the bombings are still intense, and food costs are still going up. Any donation amount helps and is greatly appreciated.

Being unhoused is already a struggle, and having your own government sweep in and trash what little you own is so dehumanizing. These sweeps are immoral and disgusting and do nothing to combat homelessness. They just shield the affluent from looking at it.
ProPublica spoke to dozens of people who had lived in homeless encampments when cities cleared them out in “sweeps.”

About 2 months ago, a bunch of baby spiders got loose in our house. I caught a lot of them and released them, but a few have slipped by. Now, I've been catching monstrous sized wolf spiders the past two weeks all over the house. But hey, we haven't had a lot of fruit flies this summer. 🕷

My eldest made this cute ass lil ghost family to decorate with for Halloween. I love them so much. They're adorable. He gave the momma ghost a cup of coffee, too 🥹
