The federal agents Trump let loose in Washington DC to make the city “safe and beautiful” are arresting Black men for petty crimes. Am I nuts to think this is worth a news story or two?
One item in my Heads Up News newsletter is about a Washington Post article that contained alarming news but was written like a fluffy feature. www.headsupnews.org/i/216040109/...

The entire board & especially this loser needs to be booted due to failing to do their fiduciary duty to the Center. I hope the lawyers are ready to get a restraining order & push to replace the board.

We need to be loud and clear that any company that tries to demolish the Kennedy Center will be liable for an illegal act. It could ruin them. Of course Diaper Disaster Don would ALSO be liable for damages.

The Kennedy Center doesn't belong to Disaster Don. It belongs to us. If he destroys it, he's responsible to pay for the damage. The cultural value alone is more than he can imagine (he has no cultural value sensitivity).

Disaster Destructive Don needs to walk away and leave it alone. Don't "fix" it, don't "subsidize" it and we'll recognize what his 'administration' tried to do to it. What a f'n loser. We can find competent people to take over & do things correctly.

This means that if the United States taxed corporations at the level Canada does, our debt-to-GDP would be stable indefinitely.
Canada's revenue as a share of the economy is about 9 percentage points higher than the U.S.

~5 percentage points of the discrepancy is higher individual and corporate income taxes and ~3 percentage points is higher taxes on goods and services (i.e. VATs and sales taxes).

The obvious solution is to remove DJT from the board and all his minions currently also on the board. Place the Kennedy Center under new management and see what happens. DJT and gang have failed.
Nobody wanted to be a part of anything with his name on it, so they lost revenue. What a f-up.
Something weirdly not noted in a lot of the coverage of the extortionate threats to murder the Kennedy Center unless it’s reimagined as a shrine to Trump: There was no dire fiscal crisis until Trump’s goombahs started mucking with it. Its finances were fine. projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/o...

So much fraud waste and abuse of our taxpayer resources to soothe the petulant president's bruised ego over losing an election - by trying to back up his fabricated excuse and accusation of 'cheating.' He's the Cheater-in-Chief. This is just more proof of his cheating.
Officers were allegedly given quotas to churn through 40 people a day, about 12 minutes each, and those flagged could face criminal investigation.

Few noncitizens try to register and even less attempt to or successfully vote. However, Trump has repeatedly alleged that noncitizen voting is rampant.
