In some Nawat dialects, such as Witzapan Nawat, many times a “k” at the beginning or the middle of a word will be pronounced with a g sound like in the word “gun” or “gown”

In Witzapan they generally do not use, “yek tunal” (yek TOO-nahl) which is “good day/sun.”
