All it needs is to ban the sale of non-compliant e-scooters (over 20km/h). They're easy to buy atm. Otherwise every seized scooter will just be replaced by a new one.

One clearly underreported aspect of the yearly hatefest is that a lot of people straight up just leave Northern Ireland for Ireland entirely because it’s simply too dangerous to be non-Orange. Several people in Belfast have told me this.
