I’ve sometimes joined local demonstrations. When someone gives the group the finger, people smile and wave and laugh. Good to remember that mockery and humor are powerful weapons.

The stats showing a huge decline in violent crime and homicide in D.C. last year were put out just the other day by the FBI, which is run by Kash Patel.

Yes, Israel bombed a church in Gaza today but let’s get upset about a phrase calling for rebellion against Israel.

I just heard Sean Patrick Maloney on MSNBC say the Dems need to offer something. He then mentioned massive housing, minimum wage and freaking “putting a man [sic] on Mars” and giving every returning veteran a muscle car.

Just want to note that cuts to cancer research (across NIH, CDC, ARHQ, even NSF) will slow down progress in therapeutics and care delivery (including cancer screening programs) & lead to more preventable deaths.

When the HHS Secretary is telling the American public that trusting expert scientists is not a function of democracy, it’s well and truly over for science in the USA.
