Our brains love the colour gradation in rainbows, maybe due to our ancestors searching for sources of water. Looking at plants helps us recover from stress & looking at something we think is beautiful causes dopamine release.

It’s my birthday! Little birthday trip to London 😊 Had a delicious Sunday roast at BlackLock Chops. Swiftly followed by bread and butter pudding and custard🤤 then a surprise trip to the theatre to see The Play That Goes Wrong and it was blimmin’ funny. Finished off with some birthday cake 🎂
