Something I find useful to remember is that when you're exhausted, you go into default modes. Default modes may not be what you would choose for yourself or what you do even when you have an ounce of energy, but that's why they are defaults. Understanding this can help with so much.

It's hard to overstate how ISOLATING and scary it was with a child under 5 waiting for that under 5 vaccine.
