Perhaps he could compensate slightly by encouraging people to stop blaming the elderly for everything.
U.K. Prime Minister Andy Burnham today pledged to scrap the controversial pension triple lock by 2030, replacing it with a new mechanism that he says will fund his national care service.

As British in Europe and the3million have consistently argued at meetings of the Specialised Committee on Citizens' Rights there can be no meaningful reset without full and effective implementation of citizens' rights in the Withdrawal Agreement.
In any discussions about changes in the post-Brexit relationship with the EU and potentially closer relations, it is essential that the rights of EU citizens in the UK, and those of UK citizens in the EU, under the Withdrawal Agreement are protected and properly implemented.

This is the best piece of journalism I have read in a very, very long time.

The kind of story I opened, started reading, and lost all track of time until it was done.
Ahead of next week's 25th anniversary, I wrote about what to me has always been the most fascinating moment of 9/11—the 17 minutes between the first attack and the second, when you can glimpse how innocent America was on that Tuesday morning in 2001: www.nationalgeographic.com/history/grap...
The 17 Minutes That Changed America
The earliest moments of the September 11 attacks did not unfold the way we often remember. Here’s how those surreal 17 minutes changed America forever.

It is appalling that the Home Office granted Withdrawal Agreement status in error to EU citizens living in the UK and now wants to remove it. If you know of someone who may be affected by this please share this post.
Have you been told that you are at risk of losing your EUSS status?
Have you received a "grant in error" notification?
