I've been in every region of the city except the Crescenta Valley since Pratt slithered back into the woodwork. Downtown, the Eastside, Hollywood, Mideast, Midtown, Northeast, the San Fernando Valley, South Los Angeles, and the Westside. 100% of the mayoral signs I've seen have been for Raman. 100%.

My biggest takeaway from the @nickandert.bsky.social @nithyaforthecity.bsky.social interview is that I still can’t believe LA has a real chance to elect a mayor that has actually seen the inside of a Metro bus and better yet has depended on it to get to places.

Instead of letting one of Metro's most successful programs wither, we should be expanding it. With the Olympics approaching, we should be showcasing Los Angeles—not scaling back one of the things that makes our city special.
