last week I had a bowl of honey granola for lunch every day and it was delicious and filling but I felt nutritionally anxious
and on the way home yesterday I did a Pricey Shop
and now I'm eating 500% of my RDA of fat, and having a MARVELLOUS time

invited to walk around the playground on lunch duty and watched 10 minutes of parkour against the brick wall. wiped human poo off a shoe. scrubbed up sick. spent the afternoon with internal exclusions talking about fishing, VHSes and washing machines. saw a robin. complete life-affirming perfection.

crawled to work feeling the emptiest I have felt in ages. utter green knight vibes. had to remind myself that I only have to live life ten minutes at a time, and that I can choose to spend that ten minutes listening to cabin pressure and feeling briefly better if I want to.
