Woof. I will admit I am off to a late start today. With good reason, though. Well, healthy reason. So, I am currently seeing a physical therapist about my back. The good news is that they've identified the problem (muscle imbalance of some specific abdominal muscles being weaker by comparison to other muscles they're supposed to be working with). The other goods news (there is no bad news, well, depending on your perspective) is that they've given me a targeted daily workout and stretch regime to follow that will fix these imbalances.
